“Athfest is an annual music and arts festival held in Athens, Georgia. The following custom VIP mailer is sent to a big name band that originated from Athens. Pictures of relevant and meaningful areas in town are used to try to excite nostalgia to convince the bands to return and perform during the festival.
The amp serves as a light-up slide viewer and is adorned with signatures of event planners and city officials.”
My love note to Tumblr
It’s amazing how browsing Tumblr for a few minutes can take my mind off of things and remind me of things I love. This is such an inspirational, creative, interesting, generally positive, supportive community. I love the things I discover on my dashboard…they inspire me to keep working on my art and to try out new things. They also make me laugh, smile, say “awww” (see previous monkey post), and remind me that I need to get all I can from life (if I can just get off the internet). I’m happy I found this place and I thank everyone for making it what it is.
